面癣 (Tinea faciei) 是面部皮肤的真菌感染。通常表现为无痛的红色皮疹，伴有小丘疹和向外扩展的凸起边缘，常见于眉毛附近或面部单侧。患处可能潮湿或出现结痂，毛发容易脱落，并可能伴有轻度瘙痒。
