א 86-יאָריקע פרוי איז אריין געקומען מיט אַ לאַנגזאַמטיק וואַקסנדיק, אָן פּיין, גלאַט-פֿלאַציק מאַס אויף דער לינקער דריטער פינגער, בערך 1.0 × 0.5 × 0.5 סענטימעטער אין גרייס. דער שטיק איז אַוועקגענומען דורך כירורגיע. דורכקוק אונטער די מיקראָסקאָפּן געוויזן אַ סטאָריפאָרם דרמאַל טומער (storiform dermal tumor) באַזונדער פון שפּינדל-צעלן אָן אַטיפּיע אָדער מיטאָזעס. דאָס איז אַ פיריונגועל פיבראָמע (periungual fibroma), אַ בעניג (benign) מאַסשלעכער טומער, אַ סאָבטיפּ פון אַנדזשיאָפיבראָמע (angiofibroma).
An 86-year-old woman presented with a slowly growing, painless, smoothsurfaced mass on the left third toe, measuring ca. 1.0 × 0.5 × 0.5 cm). The mass was surgically resected. Histological examination revealed a storiform dermal tumor (i.e., one with a rope-like or whorled configuration) consisting of spindle cells without atypia or mitoses.
