מער אינפֿאָרמאַציע ― ייִדיש

א 53-יאָר-אַלט מענטש איז געשיקט צו דער דרמטאָלאָגישן קליניק ווײַל ער האָט אַ וואַקסן אויף די שפּיץ פון זײַן צונג פֿאַר 2 יאָר. ער האָט נישט באַקומען קיין באַהאַנדלונג זינט די לעשאַן (lesion) האָט קיין סובדזשעקטיוו סימפּטאָמים. דער וואַקסן איז פּאַמעלעך געוואקסן און נישט פיל געביטן ביז ער איז געקומען צו דער קליניק. ער איז בכלל געזונט, אָבער ער האָט געראָכט כּמעט 30 יאָר, בערך 20 ציגאַרעט (cigarettes) אַ טאָג. ער האָט געלייקט קיין געשיכטע פֿון טראומע אין זײַן מויל קאַוואַט. די לעשאַן (lesion) ווײַזט אַ נודול (nodule) מיט אַ דיאַמעטער פֿון 0.5 סענטימעטער אויף די שפּיץ פון די צונג. דער נודול איז פאַסט און קוקט ווי דער נאָרמאַל צונג געוועב אין קאָליר.
A 53-year-old man was referred to the Dermatology Clinic with a 2-year history of an exophytic lesion on the tip of his tongue. He did not accept any treatment since the lesion had no subjective symptoms. The lesion developed slowly and showed no notable change in size until this visit. The patient was systemically healthy, but he had a long history of smoking for almost 30 years and at least 20 cigarettes per day. In addition, he denied any history of trauma in his oral cavity. The lesion showed a well-defined nodule with approximate 0.5 cm diameter on the tip of the tongue. The nodule was firm and presented a color resembling normal mucosa.
