דער פּציינט (patient) ערשט געוויזן אין פינף חדשים אַלט מיט געלע פּאַטשעס (yellow patches) אויף די רעכט פֿראָנט פון די סקאַלפּ. אין זעקס חדשים, זיי האָבן היפּערפּיגמענטירט וועררוקאוס פּאַפּולעס (hyperpigmented verrucous papules) אויף די צוריק רעכט זײַט פון די סקאַלפּ. אין די לעצטע פינף יאָר, די סקאלי לעשאַנז (scaly lesions) געוואקסן גרעסער (bigger) אָבער נאָך (still) בלויז אויף די רעכט זײַט פון די פנים (face), סקאַלפּ און נעק (neck). זיי זענען נישט פּיינפֿול (painful) אָדער קלעפּט (itchy), און דער פּציינט (patient) וואַקסן נאָרמאַל (normally). די רעכט באַק (back) און סטערן (stern) האָבן אַ ביסל אויפֿגעהויבן (raised), געלע פּאַטשעס (yellow patches) וואָס אויסשטרעקן אויף די פֿראָנט און זײַט פון די סקאַלפּ. קאַנעקטעד צו די פּאַטשעס זענען היפּערפּיגמענטירט, וועררוקאוס פּאַפּולעס, פֿאָרמינג שורות פון די צוריק פון די סקאַלפּ צו די צוריק פון די נעק אויף די רעכט זײַט.
The patient first showed up at five months old with yellow patches on the right front of the scalp. By six months, they had hyperpigmented verrucous papules on the back right side of the scalp. Over the past five years, these spots slowly grew bigger but stayed only on the right side of the face, scalp, and neck. They aren't painful or itchy, and the patient is growing normally. The right cheek and forehead have slightly raised, yellow patches that stretch onto the front and side of the scalp. Connected to these patches are hyperpigmented, verrucous papules, forming lines from the back of the scalp to the back of the neck on the right side.
