평소 건강하던 43세 남성이 1년 동안 손톱에 곰팡이 감염이 생겨 피부과를 찾았습니다. 항진균제 (terbinafine 250 mg)를 복용했지만 상태가 호전되지 않았습니다. 검진 결과, 의사들은 그의 손가락 7개에서 작은 구멍과 손톱이 갈라진 부위를 확인했습니다. 또한 왼쪽 귀에 붉고 비늘 모양의 반점이 있었으며, 두피에 약간의 비듬이 있어 가려움이 있었습니다. 다른 피부 이상은 발견되지 않았습니다.
