Viral exanthem គឺជាកន្ទួលដែលរីករាលដាលនៅផ្នែកខាងក្រៅនៃរាងកាយ ហើយជាធម្មតាកើតឡើងចំពោះកុមារ។ Exanthem អាចបណ្តាលមកពីជាតិពុល ថ្នាំ ឬអតិសុខុមប្រាណ ឬអាចបណ្តាលមកពីជំងឺអូតូអ៊ុយមីន។ មេរោគ Varicella zoster virus (ជំងឺអុតស្វាយ ឬជំងឺរើម) និង mumps (ជំងឺស្រឡទែន) គួរតែត្រូវបានពិនិត្យសម្របការព្យាបាល។
