شزن = تورم بسبب إفراز غدي (Poroma) هو ورم جلدي حميد ينشأ من الغدد العرقية. يُلاحظ بشكل شائع في التوزيع الطرفي (على الراحتين والأخمصين)، وهو أكثر شيوعًا لدى البالغين.

ويظهر على شكل آفات ورمية ذات لون وردي أو أحمر لامع، بحجم يتراوح بين 1–2 سم. تُجرى الخزعة في بعض الأحيان لأنه قد يُشبه سرطان الخلايا الحرشفية.
